Standardise Goal Setting with Goal Templates
You can now create and manage goal templates within each goal category, streamlining the goal-setting process for therapists and their clients. This new feature helps drive consistency across therapy teams and makes it easier to define service-level goals.
Key capabilities include:
- Building reusable goal templates under each goal category
- Defining sub-categories to help therapists quickly locate the right template
- Supporting more efficient and consistent goal creation across your organisation
Goal templates can be managed in the Goal Categories section of Lumary AH Settings. Start building your goal banks today to enhance planning and standardise outcomes.

Easier Availability Updates with Quick Update Button
Therapists, Clinic Admins, and Team Leaders can now update worker availability faster and with less effort using the new Quick Update Availability button, accessible from the worker, clinic, or team page.
This new feature allows you to:
- Select a timeframe to review availability: This Week, Last Week, Next 6 Weeks, or a custom date range.
- Update key details such as the start/end times, Clinic, or Availability Type for each availability record.
This enhancement simplifies the process of managing availability, removing the need to manually search for and edit individual records, saving you time and improving scheduling accuracy.

Automated Invoice Payment Reminders (Email)
We've added a new feature to help you streamline debtor management with automated invoice payment reminders.
You can now configure:
- Up to 3 reminders before the due date, and
- Up to 2 reminders after the due date.
Reminders are sent automatically at 2 PM each day for all invoices that meet the criteria (status = Posted and remaining balance greater than 0).
💡 What this means for you: Less manual follow-up, more consistent communication with your clients and plan managers, and improved cash flow through timely payments.
Setting Up Invoice Payment Reminders
- Set up and manage your reminders in App Launcher → AH Settings → Invoice Settings.
- In order to activate and use this feature, you'll first need to create an Email Template for each reminder slot.
Note: as soon as you add the number of days for each slot, this activates the feature, if no email template is defined the default Invoice Email template will be used.
Find out more in Manage Invoice Settings.
Behaviour Support Plan Updates
We've updated the Behaviour Support Planning templates and fields to align with Version 3 provided by the NDIS.
Key updates include:
- Behaviour Support Template: Switch the field from V2 → V3 to utilise the latest templates.
- New Worker Fields: Capture the Behaviour Support Practitioner's level and Practitioner ID on the Worker record.
These updates ensure your Behaviour Support Plans meet the current NDIS requirements and support accurate practitioner information.

Opt-in Filtering of Plan Managers and Participant Nominees on Service Agreements
We've introduced a new opt-in feature to improve data integrity when creating Service Agreements. With this option enabled:
- Participant Nominees: Users will only be able to link Contacts where the record type = General and the Contact is already associated to the client via a Client Contact record. This prevents duplicate contacts being created and ensures consistency across client profiles.
- Registered Plan Managers: Users will only be able to link Accounts where the type = Plan Manager and the Account is already associated to the client via an Associated Provider record.
By default, users can still select any Contact or Account, but enabling this feature ensures service agreements remain clean, accurate, and aligned to the client's existing records.
If you would like this feature enabled, please raise a support ticket within the help center.
Enhanced Tablet Experience – Home Screen Improvements
We've improved the Lumary Mobile App experience for tablet users, making it easier to view and manage appointments directly from the home screen.
What's New:
- Full Calendar View: Access a full-screen appointment calendar from the home screen, with options to view by Day, Week, or Month.
- Quick Appointment Creation: A prominent "+ New Appointment" button allows users to create appointments directly from the home screen without navigating to another page.
💡 What this means for you: Tablet users can now see their upcoming schedule at a glance and create new appointments more efficiently, improving productivity and reducing navigation time.
Service Delivery Entry – Minute Rate Update
We've updated the rate displayed for travel per minute in Service Delivery Entry to automatically apply the appropriate 50% travel rate. This ensures greater accuracy and consistency when recording travel against services.
Introduction of the Lumary Connector package
This release includes the installation of a mandatory package called Lumary Connector. This package is essential for ensuring seamless upgrades, automated rate updates and reducing manual steps during deployments. By implementing Lumary Connector, we aim to streamline the update process and enhance system efficiency.
Bug Fixes and Other Changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release:
- Booking Appointments for Clients with Middle Names - We've fixed an issue where searching for a client during appointment booking returned no results if the client had a middle name recorded.
- 50% Travel Rate Reverting to 100% - We've fixed an issue where, in some cases, Service Delivered (SD) records with travel details modified on the Service Delivered Entry (SDE) screen incorrectly reverted to being charged at 100% of the rate instead of the intended 50%.
- Invoice Item Rates Rounding on PDF - We've fixed an issue where invoice item rates with more than two decimal places were not being correctly rounded on the invoice PDF. Rates will now display consistently with two decimal places.
- Improved Client Filtering in Appointment Wizard - We've strengthened the filtering logic when adding clients to appointments via the New Appointment Wizard. Clients will now only appear for selection if their status is not Inactive, Deceased, or any other non-active state. This ensures that only valid, active clients can be booked into appointments.
