Lumary AH - This article explains how to quickly update existing availability for a worker in Lumary AH.
Required features, packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary AH 13.0 and later
To update the existing availability for a worker:
- Go to the worker's record (also available on a Team or a Site).
- Click Quick Update Availability button on the header of the page.
- First select the time-frame of availability you would like to update, choosing custom will allow you select your own date-range, then click Next.
- Each availability record for the selected period will be shown.
- You will be able to quickly change any of the following fields:
- Site - the clinic (if applicable) the availability is related to.
- Start Date - Start Date and Time of the unavailability(Note the unavailability can only start and end on the same date).
- End Date - Start Date and Time of the unavailability (Note the unavailability can only start and end on the same date).
- Type - Type of the availability.
- Any changes to these fields will automatically be saved as soon as you click out of the field.
- Once you are done modifying the availability, click Close.
