Lumary AH - This article explains how to add unavailability for a worker in Lumary AH.
Required features, packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary 11.0 and later
To add unavailability for a worker:
- Go to the worker's record.
- Click Add Unavailability button on the header of the page.
- Enter the following information, then click Next.
- Start Date - Start Date and Time of the unavailability(Note the unavailability can only start and end on the same date).
- End Date - Start Date and Time of the unavailability (Note the unavailability can only start and end on the same date).
- Type - Type of the unavailability.
- Choose a Cancellation Reason from your list of worker related reasons, and check off all appointments that overlap this unavailability to be cancelled, then click Next.
- The system will then create the unavailability for the selected workers and cancel the selected appointments.
