Some key things to consider when scheduling a group appointment are to:
- make sure any planned services you need to claim are included on all of your clients' service agreements before you begin scheduling, and
- make sure you add clients to planned and/or ad hoc services on the Services screen to claim funding.
You may also need to set a delivery ratio on services for apportioning (sharing) charges between multiple clients.
