Add a telehealth link to an allied health worker

Lumary AH - This article explains how to add a Zoom, Google Meet or other personal meeting link to a worker's record, which will then automatically link to their appointments.

For workers who have a personal meeting link for providing telehealth services, you can add the link to their worker record. It will then automatically be included on new appointments made for the worker.

1. Go to the worker’s record.
2. Click on the Edit button.
3. Scroll down to the Employment Details section.
4. Copy the worker’s personal meeting URL from the third party application, such as Zoom or Google Meet.
5. Paste the URL into the Personal Telehealth Meeting URL field.
6. Click on the Save button.

This will automatically include the link on new appointments made for the worker. It will not update links on existing appointments.
