Lumary AH - This article explains how to set up your invoice template and related settings.
The following settings are used to define how invoices look, how they are sent to debtors and how those debtors are reminded to pay outstanding invoices.

General invoice settings
The following invoice settings can be managed within the ALumary AH Settings tab:
- Click the App Launcher, and select Lumary AH Settings.
- Select Invoice Settings.
- Field Options:

| NDIA Debtor Account | This is the Debtor Account you would like any NDIS Claimed services invoices to be assigned to. | |

| Default Invoice Payment Terms | This is the default payment terms assigned to debtors when created. | |
| Invoice Logo Static Resource API | This is the API of the logo that will be used on the invoice. Logos can be uploaded to the Static Resource section of Lumary by a System Administrator, once uploaded, they will then be selectable in this field. |
Logo Creation, Please use the template at the bottom of this article as a guide to ensure your image meets the template requirements. Logo Image save sizes should be kept small, 10kb limits. |
| Invoice Item Field Set API | This is a Field Set created by your System Administrator on the Invoice Item object to capture specific additional fields which will be shown on the invoice for each service invoiced. | |

| Invoice Email Template | This is the email template that should be used when the email is sent to a debtor with the invoice PDF attached. These can be set up by a system administrator. | Email Templates in Lightning Experience |
| From: Email Address | This is the email address that should be used when the email is sent to a debtor with the invoice PDF attached. This is an Org-Wide email address that can be added and verified by a system administrator. | Set Up Organization-Wide Email Addresses |
| Invoice Postage Email | This should be the email address of a mailbox that should receive the invoices that need to be printed and posted, as the related debtor does not have an email to send them to. | |
| From Email Name | This is the textual name (e.g. ACME Accounts) that should be used when the email is sent to a debtor with the invoice PDF attached. | |
| Automate Invoice Distribution on Post | This setting dictates that the system should automate the distribution of the Invoice PDF when the Invoice status is updated to Posted. | |

| Invoice Reminders - Before Due Date | ||
| Invoice Reminder Days Before Due 1 | This should be the number of days before an invoice's due date that a reminder email should be sent for the first reminder slot. | This is the first reminder time slot. |

| Invoice Overdue Reminder Days After Due 1 | This should be the number of days after an invoice's due date that a reminder email should be sent for the first overdue reminder slot. | This is the first overdue reminder time slot. |

| Journal GST to GST Account | This setting will split all GST related Invoice Items into a third control account when the Invoice Journal is produced. | |
Invoice PDF template settings
These settings relate to customise the content of the invoice template:
- Click the App Launcher, and select Lumary AH Settings.
- Select Invoice PDF Template.
- Field Options:

| Invoice Header | This is a rich-text field that will consume the top second half of an invoice, it can include images and text and will always be right aligned. | This field should capture your business name, address details, ABN etc. |
| Invoice Terms and Conditions | This rich-text field is optional and only renders if the field is not blank. It allows you to add specific terms and conditions for this invoice template type. | |
| Invoice Footer | This rich-text field appears at the very bottom of the invoice, if populated. |
Invoice payment details settings
Payment details section of the invoice provides details about options on how the debtor can pay the invoice, to update these settings:
- Click the App Launcher, and select Lumary AH Settings.
- Select Invoice Payment Details.
- Field Options:
