Lumary AH - This article provides an introduction to how calendars work in Lumary AH.
Lumary AH has a series of calendars designed specifically for viewing client and worker availability and booking appointments. These calendars all work in essentially the same way, but which one is best for a given task depends on whose information you'd like to see.
We recommend that you take some time to explore how the calendars work and discover which features will help with your work.

| Appointment Scheduler | The Appointment Scheduler is where you can see, schedule, and manage appointments for all clients and workers. It's useful when you need a broad view of what's happening across your organisation, or when you're looking for information for more than one client or worker. The Appointment Scheduler has its own tab on the navigation bar. |
| Client calendar | Each client has their own calendar that you can launch from their dashboard by clicking on the View/Add Appointments button. It's useful when you want to see and manage a particular client's availability and appointments. |
| Worker calendar | Each worker has their own calendar that you can launch from their dashboard by clicking on the View/Add Appointments button. It's useful when you want to see and manage a particular worker's availability and appointments. |
| My Day View | Click on the Calendar button in My Day View to see your calendar. This shows your availability and appointments. |
Salesforce also includes an inbuilt, standard calendar function, but this is not used in Lumary AH for managing availability and appointments.

Calendar layout and legend
Depending on which calendar you open, the default layout you'll see may differ.
When you open a client or worker calendar, it shows the Week view, with the days listed across the top and hours listed down the side.
When you open the Appointment Scheduler, it shows the Worker (Day) view, with workers listed down the side and the hours of the day across the top.
The green shaded background shows where a worker or client is available. This is based on the availability records that have been set up on their contact record.
Appointments are shown as coloured blocks spanning their scheduled timeslot. They're colour-coded based on status, and there's a legend underneath the calendar that explains what each colour means.
By default, the calendar display starts at 12:00 am, so you may need to scroll down or across to see availability and appointments.
Your organisation may have configured some of the calendar default settings, including:
- to show business hours, so that the timeslots within business hours have a white background, and timeslots outside of business hours have a light grey background, or
- to show the calendar timeslot durations in increments of either 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes depending on what best suits your organisation's scheduling needs.
Calendar views
You can view the calendar in a range of different ways, depending on what timeframe you'd like to see.
Use the buttons along the top of the calendar to choose the timeframe to view and to navigate between different days, weeks or months.

Filters and display options
When there are lots of appointments scheduled, the calendar may look a little crowded. But, Lumary AH calendars have filters and display options to help you find what you need.
This can include things like the appointment location, what kind of service it's for, whether its a group or individual client appointment, and more.
When you use the Appointment Scheduler to view all workers, there are also different ways to display and group them, for example by their role, region, or location.
