View the Assets Calendar for allied health

Lumary AH - This article explains how to access the Assets Calendar and add it to your navbar.

The Assets Calendar can show when assets are available and unavailable, and when they've been added to an appointment.

To view the Assets Calendar:

1. Click on the Assets Calendar tab. You may need to click on the App Launcher nine dot icon and search for Assets Calendar.
2. This will open the Assets Calendar. From this view, you can see an asset's availability, unavailability and appointment bookings.

You can navigate the Assets Calendar in the same way as other Lumary AH calendars.

If you plan to use the Assets Calendar regularly, we recommend adding it to your navbar. To do this:

1. Go to the Assets Calendar.
2. Click on the drop-down arrow on the Assets Calendar tab.
3. Select Add "Assets Calendar" to Navbar.
