Manage goal categories and templates

Lumary AH - This article explains how to set up your goal categories and their related templates

Goal categories and templates allow your to group goals by types and create a bank of templates your users can select from, which will improve clinical quality/consistency and create efficiencies across your goal setting processes.

This article describes how to:

• Manage goal categories,
• Manage goal templates, and
• Activate goal templates feature for all users.

Manage goal categories

1. Click App Launcher
2. Click Lumary AH Settings
3. Navage to Goal Categories
4. Click
   • New, then select Goal Category record type, or
   • Select an existing Category and then click Edit,
5. The following fields are available:
   • Name - This is the name of the Category, and how it will display as selection by users.
   • Icon - This is the icon used to show on the Goal Plan interface once a goal has been saved - you can select any icon from the following, in the Standard or Custom categories   https://v1.lightningdesignsystem.com/icons/#standard 
     e.g. standard:education =
   • Active - only available to users when field is checked.
6. Click Save

Manage goal templates

1. Click App Launcher
2. Click Lumary AH Settings
3. Navage to Goal Categories
4. Select an existing Category
5. Click New on the Goal Template related list,
6. Select the Goal Template record type,
7. The following fields are available:
   • Goal Sub-Category - A sub grouping for the goal template.
   • Active - Only available for users to select when checked
   • Name - The name of the template that a user will see to select.
   • Agreed Service Goal - The templated service goal that will pre populated on goals created from this template.
   • Actions and Strategies - The templated actions and strategies for the goal that will pre populated on goals created from this template.
   • Usual Hours Required - The templated usual hours that will pre populated on goals created from this template.
   • Usual Time to Complete (Weeks) - The templated usual time that will pre populated on goals created from this template.
8. Click Save.

Activate goal templates feature for all users

1. Click App Launcher
2. Click Lumary AH Settings
3. Navage to Goal Categories
4. Select Show Goal Template Option
5. Click Save
