Lumary AH - This article explains the different sections of the allied health appointment page layout.
Lumary AH has introduced a new experience when viewing and modifying an appointment via the appointment page. This new experience provides you added flexibility for changing the appointment and an greater clarity and efficiency when finding information on the appointment page.

Appointment actions
Appointment actions are found in the header of the appointment layout. For more information about when actions will appear and what each action does, please see action buttons for allied health appointments.
Appointment summary
The appointment summary provides contextual appointment information in an easy to read way, this information includes:
- Appointment Type Colour
- Appointment Type
- Appointment Dates, times and duration
- Appointment Status Badge - Rostered, In Progress, Complete or Cancelled
- Billing added badge - an identified as to if the billing has been added to clients or not
- Appointment Recurrence/Series details
- Appointment Commentary, and Specified Employee Appointment Messages
- Cancellation Details - this only shows when the appointment is cancelled
- Appointment Location Details or Telehealth links
Appointment related lists
Appointment related lists are no longer hidden under tabs, making it easier to see and interact with the following:
- Clients Attending
- Workers Attending
- Asset Bookings (to update the assets use the edit button at the top of the appointment)
- Services Delivered (Billing)
- Invoices
- Case Notes
- Letters
- History
Appointment activity feed
Appointments now have an activity feed to enable easy viewing of the actions taken against the appointment, such as worker check ins, travel, SMS delivery, Billing and invoicing. Please see for more.
