Lumary AH - This article explains how to manage all files against a Contact and the Contact related records.
To improve categorisation and reporting, we do suggest creating or navigating to an appropriate record (Clinical Assessment, Consent etc.) against the Contact and attaching the file to it. However, you are also able to directly associate the file to this Contact record with no category and limited search-ability.
Required features, packages and permissions

- add files directly to the contact record.
View all contact files
To View All files which have been against a Client and the Clients related records:
- Navigate to a Client record
- Click on the Home Tab
- Click on the Files Tab
To View All files which have been against a Worker and the Worker related records:
- Navigate to a Worker record
- Click on the Files Tab
The Client/Worker Related Files feed looks at the last 50 "Active" records from each related section of the Client’s profile and shows their related files.
The feed is limited to displaying the latest 200 files, with each file including the following information:

Select the Preview Image of the File to access a preview of its contents. |
| Category |
Type of Contact Related Record the file is uploaded against. Examples include Clinical Assessments, Consents etc. |
| File Type |
The type of file uploaded, examples of which include TEXT, PNG, PDF, DOC, etc. |
| Title, Added By |
Displays the File Name Indicates which user uploaded the file and the time of upload. |
| Related Record |
Hyperlink to the related record to which the file was added against. |
Filtering files
To filter for files which are added against a Specific Contact related record:
- Click on the Filter Button.
- Select the type of record you would like to filter all files by. For example: If Client Risks is selected, the Client/Worker Related Files Feed will only display files uploaded against the Client's Risk records.
- You can also select All to show all files against the Client and all clients' related records.

Add Files directly against the Client record
To add a file directly against the client record:
- Click on the Add Files button
- Click Upload Files
- Select the File you wish to upload, alternatively you can also drag and drop the file from your Desktop.
